We really didn't think we could qualify for home ownership. After one year in the Rent-to-Own program we were able to qualify for bank financing. It was easy. All we had to do was make our monthly payments on time and we were able to use the monthly payments to refinance the house. Our payment actually went up slightly but with the mortgage interest tax write-offs we bring home more income than ever before. Thanks Dream Homes for helping our family into our beautiful home.
